Joe Lordon, founder and lead distiller for Lone Light Spirits, told us about this Ferndale-based distillery that opened a new tasting room in downtown Farmington on Aug. 1. The establishment, located on Farmington Road just south of Grand River, offers a menu of seasonal craft cocktails that include their popular spirits, including vodka, gin, bourbon, rum (a new addition) and coffee liqueur. Lone Light partners with many local businesses, including Ground Control in Farmington, B.
