Collier Willis, chef and owner of House of Barbecue in downtown Clawson, loves a challenge. Whether you’re gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan or just a regular omnivore, he will find a way to feed you at his restaurant. The chef stopped by to tell us about House of Barbecue’s special Christmas Eve menu. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and will be offering smoked, fried and roasted turkey, beef wellington, smoked ham, vegan tofu, all your favorite sides and many house made desserts.
