Jason Eddelston, owner of Ray’s Ice Cream in Royal Oak, stopped by to tell us about some fun Halloween and fall offerings. The parlor serves up molded ice cream in the shape of witches, pumpkins and skeletons, plus new flavors like Halloween Cookies ‘N’ Cream. Ray’s is also collaborating with Blobs to include lower-sugar gummies in sundaes and other ice cream treats. Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream with Pumpkin Pie M&Ms is another favorite for the fall season, along with staples like cinnamon ice cream.
