Alex Lescure is the personal chef for The French Lady in Birmingham, a restaurant his mom started about five years ago. The restaurant is temporarily closed right now, but Alex provides personal chef services for small groups and parties in people’s homes and other venues. He’s been cooking since he was 15 and trained at the Paris Culinary School. All of his food is locally sourced, as he works with local farmers markets and other suppliers to obtain ingredients.
