Xavier Jaramillio is a French-trained chef and owner of the new Farmington Hills restaurant, Xav’s Jammin’ Caribbean Fusion. The eatery fuses multiple Caribbean cuisines and is known for its oxtails, jerk chicken and more. Xav’s also offers vegetarian and vegan dishes, including black bean bowls and mac ‘n’ cheese. Watch for new menu items like oxtail and jerk chicken egg rolls, catfish and empanadas. Xav’s also offers catering for all types of cuisines.
