Terra Kitchen & Cocktails

Fernando Mercado, chef at Terra Kitchen & Cocktails in Birmingham, and Remy Asmar, the events manager, told us about this year-old eatery, which recently won the BirminghamBURGER contest. Mercado said he and his staff perfected the burger, starting with high-quality meat and adding white cheddar, prosciutto, caramelized onions and more to make it delicious. Other popular Terra menu items include the beef Wellington bites, Ahi tuna nachos and Tomahawk pork chop. Stop in for lunch or dinner, get carryout or just enjoy cocktails at the bar during happy hour Monday through Friday.
