Give Thanks Bakery

Give Thanks Bakery

Katy Knoer, co-owner of Give Thanks Bakery, with locations in Royal Oak, Rochester and Detroit, stopped by to tell us about the from-scratch, handmade bakery she operates with her husband. Popular items are the sourdough bread and almond croissant, but offerings also include multiple types of bread, sweets and lunch foods like soup and salad. Each location is in a downtown and part of a community, as envisioned by the original owner, who set up the core values of faith, love, giving and a dedication to serving others.
